The punching of products is part of our daily routine. We have 7 punching machines, with a press force varying from 63 to 160 tons, with the possibility to speed up the process by feeding the material with an automatic belt feeder (coil). Gerritsen van Groningen is able to generate 140 blows per minute. This enables us to produce competitively and offer you an attractive price.
For serial orders, die-cutting your products is a good option. For small series or single pieces, a good alternative is punch-nibbling or laser cutting of your products. This is also one of our competences.
SPECIFICATIONS
The maximum pressing force at our disposal is 1600 kN. and the maximum dimensions of the table are 1300 x 800 mm (lxw).
